prospective families 2021
Welcome to Allington Primary School - what a different way to get to know a school. Choosing a primary school for your child is a huge step and one that is being made even more difficult in the current situation. This is certainly not how you anticipated meeting this milestone in your child's life and it was certainly not how we envisaged welcoming you to your primary school adventure either!
We are very proud of our lovely school and our fabulous children. Some of their views are shared on the page 'Allington Primary from the eyes of the children'. We pride ourselves on our nurturing environment and our encouragement to children to reach for the stars. Our school environment enables children to develop as individuals with high self esteem, morals, self confidence and the motivation to succeed.
It may seem a long way away, but September 2021 is just around the corner and many of you will be trying to navigate the journey of finding your child's first school in quite difficult circumstances. Unfortunately, we are not able to share our presentation and tour of the school in the way we normally would to try and support you with your decisions. Instead, we have prepared a virtual 'Day in the Life' tour of Allington Primary School to give you a taste of what life is like in our wonderful school- click on the link below.
Children with Special Educational Needs
If you have a child with an Education Health Care Plan or you are currently going through the process, please contact our Inclusion Manager, Mrs Arterton, on email@example.com. We will be able to arrange an opportunity for you to discuss the individual needs of your child and how we can best meet them.

In the meantime, please enjoy this video of the school prepared for our new entrants who joined our school family in September 2020. This was filmed during partial closure, so school looks a little empty, Ella would usually have lots of other children in school smiling along with her!
